The Great Bilingual Conspiracy
Warning To English Speaking Canada ! May 2004
The Master Plan for French Nationalists to Take Over Canada Pierre Trudeau - “Unilingual Anglophones will be sentenced to a lifetime of job immobility.” Donald Deeprose, (retired L.Col) quotes Jules Leger’s speech – 1968. . . "The Canadian Government is now engaged in a national task of spreading the French language across the length and breadth of the country." Jean Pepin in 1970. . . "We were a small group, Trudeau, Pelletier, Laland, Chretien, and myself and a few people in the civil service, say 50 in total. We were bringing off a revolution! We held the key posts. We were making the civil service, kicking and screaming at the time, bilingual. We were a well organized group of revolutionaries, just like them.*” (*reference to the FLQ) " Leo Cadieux in 1973. . . stated when addressing the French National Assembly, “Canada is going to be a French speaking Nation from Coast to Coast and anyone who is opposed to it is opposed to the best interests of Canada.” Serge Joyal's speech in 1982. . . “Everything we undertake and everything we are doing to make Canada a French State is part of a venture I shared for many years with a number of people! The idea, the challenge of making Canada a French Country both inside and outside Quebec- an idea that some people consider a little bit crazy,-this is something beyond ordinary imagination.”! Pierre Trudeau in 1966. . . when he was parliamentary secretary to PM Pearson stated, “There is no way that two ethnic groups in one country can be made equal before the law! “To say that it is possible is to sow the seeds of destruction”! Knowing that it was immoral and wrong, two years later as Prime Minister Trudeau forced through his infamous Bilingual program Trudeau sowed the seeds of the nation’s destruction himself. Untold billions have been wasted on bilingualism and it will get worse. Donald Deeprose also stated, “the vast majority of Canadians are being blind-sided through a “Conspiracy” aimed at reversing the victory won on the Plains of Abraham! We have a deeply divided nation from that time until now. Deeply Divided Canada ! We have been a deeply divided nation from that time until now. The govt. controls the CBC and all the media they sponsor disabling them from exposing the Language Conspiracy dating back to 1969. Our government members from the west have been afraid to expose the Conspiracy for fear of threats, ridicule and ultimately job loss. Western Canadians never had leaders that would expose the conspiracy and would fight for our rights! Our Conservative leaders, Joe Clark, Preston Manning, Stephen Harper et al, all make their living in the Ottawa arena, but never warned of the impending doom to English speaking Canada. Even though they were all well aware of the Language Conspiracy from the beginning, they kept silent! They conformed to the demands of the Quebec French for their own interests! That is why a national referendum on bilingualism has not been held in Canada. Given the chance, the majority, English speaking people, would have thrown forced bilingualism out instantly. M.P., Jim Pankiw, a Saskatchewan Back Bencher, recently brought it up in parliament, “Why are 73% of authority positions appointments and 69 % promotions going to the Minority French?” Of course the house leadership will never answer a Back Bencher’s question. The (new) Conservative Party, cooperating with the Liberals, is committed to the idea of Canada as a French Nation. English speaking Canadians have no Party to represent them. It’s Too Late Now to Rely on our Govt - The people of Western Canada must do it themselves! We in the West must take action to fight for the right to live and thrive in an English speaking country where we have a real opportunity to live, work and succeed at all things in our own language. A New Government Structure – A Republic is the Only Answer:
We need new leaders to rise up from the ashes of the Parliamentary system. Why a Republic??
Within our parliamentary government structure, Canadians will never have the power to hold their representatives accountable for their wrongdoings. All Western Canadian Associations could achieve their goals through a Constitutional Republic. Among us there are people with great leadership qualities. Let us join together to fight for a great new future. End of Official Bilingualism Dr. Ron Cheffins, Victoria's political science professor and host on CFAX Tuesdays in B.C., is shocked at the new Official Language policy being worked in for April 1, 2004 under the blind eye of unilingual English-speaking Canadians. The new policy states that all people applying for the top jobs in government, crown corporations, health care among other sectors must be fluent in written and oral French. Prior to this, the policy was that anyone who wanted these jobs had 2 years to bring their French language skills up to whatever level they needed to do their own job. They would be required to learn it while working on the job. However, now the policy states that English only speaking Canadians (which of course we know is the majority) are literally locked out of these best jobs and leadership positions! We now have a full fledged dictatorship! What is even more shocking is the fact that no conservatives in any political party in Canada have ever tackled the French on this bilingualism issue. They have remained silent! This new policy now slams the door on Western Canadians permanently! As it is now, the French control 60% of all administrative positions in government and the military. But the new policy states that everybody applying for any of these jobs must be totally fluent in French, both oral and written before even applying! A National referendum on this crucial matter has never been conducted in Canada. If a referendum were held, Official Bilingualism would fail and the Constitution would have to be changed! This would end the French domination of the Anglophone population. That is why Ottawa has never permitted nor even discussed a referendum. It is the only way to understand the true needs and wishes of the majority. In our parliamentary system, the people have no power, Ottawa has it all. In all the past years not one Conservative leader has dared to confront this issue. English speaking Canadians have never had a voice. They were manipulated into it by the leftist Trudeau Liberals. It is obvious that Canadian conservatives have always been impotent in this socialist regime. Why have they left millions of English speaking Canadians and their children unrepresented in the matter? As long as it remains in place, it will continue to drain the Nation’s coffers while millions of the majority Anglophones fester with the resentment. Our Vision In a new free Republic, all official Bilingualism will end under Freedom of Speech and Freedom of the Press. Also, Culture Canada will end along with the CBC! Government will no longer be able to control a dominating broadcast network to shape and interpret news and culture to the population. The CBC must be sold off to private enterprise. It will then compete fairly for the marketplace by quality of programming. No government support or control. The accrued value of the Corporation is the property of all Canadians. Those billions of dollars must be turned over to private enterprise! It will then become a paying institution instead of a costing one. All enforced French language product labeling will end. Only the free market place would determine dual labeling of all products for any certain area of population. All Socialist states eventually become dictatorships. They do not need to use an armed military. Instead, they make use of a massive bureaucracy to enforce the authority of the ruling elite. Over the years, Canada has developed this type of governance. To maintain this enforcing bureaucracy, it is now consuming almost 40% of the Nation’s income. Bilingualism is a typical example of the raw power that Ottawa uses to control the majority Anglophone population. It is an enforced law of the state in spite of the fact that about 90% of Canadians are not bilingual. The dream that 33 million Canadians could become a bilingual French-English country is an obsession of the Ottawa ruling elite. It is not the wishes of the majority. The French minority live in a sea of 300 million English only speaking North Americans. The only truly fluent bilingual people in Canada are the French Canadians! Ottawa and Quebec are in each others pockets now with billions collected from the rest of Canada! They are now the ruling elite! Scott Reid, the Alliance language critic has published incredible figures. His estimate, 75 billion spent so far on this terrible divisive program! It takes a continuing $400 million per year to keep enforcing the failed program. It provides an unfair advantage to those of French language over the Anglo’s in all government agencies - Civil service, Military, Coast Guard, Crown Corporations etc. and it locks out possibly some of the best in the employment pool. It could shake the Nation to its roots and take the initiative away from the Liberal powerhouse. Our conservative leaders of the recent past and present are strangely silent. Anglophones are obviously frightened of the French! They should be required to make a statement to the press, to either consider the plight of English speaking Canadians and their children or continue to succumb to the Ottawa elite. It would bring it out in the open for the first time since the leftist Trudeau manipulated the country into it. Absolute Freedom of Speech and absolutely Freedom of the Press” are still only possible in America! In stark contrast, Canada tightly controls all the Nation’s personal freedoms. This cannot be addressed at the provincial level, only the federal level. Only with a constitutional Republic can the supreme power be placed in the hands of the people! The Parliamentary system of government, with its top down centralized structure, is the continuing curse of Canada and provides the vehicle for socialism and ultimately supreme rule. Only under a Constitutional Republic can this abuse of power end. The fatally flawed parliamentary system has provided the vehicle for this type of dictatorship. It could not happen under a republic wherein freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion would give the people the ultimate of authority. This country will roll in turbulence until this is settled. Bilingualism is the sacred cow that no leader wants to attack for fear of losing personal political gain. Yet, it is their moral obligation to represent Anglophones. We would like to see this sacred cow get mad cow disease! If enough of us could band together to insist on answers from our conservative leaders, we may be able to make a difference and get this ball rolling toward a raging debate!
