SUMMARY OF THE BOOK

History of  Republic  of Canada

The essential message of the Book can be summed up in the following points:

1. The author believes that there is a clear connection between the socialist parties of Canada and the doctrines of Karl Marx. The curse of these doctrines enslaved half of the world's population throughout the last century. It is the curse of two main doctrines of Marx that crippled Canada's economic base and impacted our freedoms. These policies are: (a) the use of bureaucrats in the marketplace (Crown Corporations) to provide goods and services to the country that we could have had for nothing (b) we allowed total control by the trade unions of our essential services, the crucial transportation systems and the industrial/business complex.

2. Destructive social welfare programs have ruined generations of our young people and how the situation gets worse every day. We have created this hostile-to-business tax hell and placed meaningful employment beyond the reach of many of them.

3. The Canadian Constitution and the parliamentary form of government have failed to unify the Nation and give us a standard of living equal to America that we should have had. It is now crystal clear that we can never find the answers to these systemic disorders within the policies of any existing political party in Canada. The demise of virtually all Conservative Party representation in Canada is the result of their failure to recognize and expose these destructive policies. While these policies remain in force, we cannot prosper.

4. The story of the Province of BC describes in detail how these doctrines work and how they have affected the entire Nation. The author contends that Canada has an autocratic form of government, since it denies us the right to directly elect our leaders. Surely none of us can be proud of what we have allowed our Country to become. America is the only industrialized Country in the world that never practiced any of these policies. That is why it is the wealthiest Country in the world. Where socialism reigns, capital and freedoms die.
